Sharing more art from “Notes” I have posted (on my Substack website) with sketches.

First, thank you all. I have been relentlessly pursuing where my intuition takes me; creative work is a big one. I once heard, years ago, “following a dream that’s so big, it couldn’t fail”, or something like that. I didn’t really get it, fully.

Now I understand what it means (to me); that there is nothing to fail at in that space - I find it outside of (normal) constraints, aside of fear, competition, or stopping. There is an escape velocity of that kind of dream, or vision, that makes it impervious, maybe because it is in service to the act, and what IT will become. Something like that.

All I can do is let it rip, and get out of the way.

This is why I get very connected to all of your (other creatives) work, and stories you make (sometimes for me). I am much less interested in the chase for technical perfection, and that’s good, because I am a pathetic speller a grammer-er. Any ways

BORING ART INFO:

People with inquiries about having art done — just email or message me.

If you want characters, or story scenes, or, book illustrations —I will probably just do a sketch for you. If you want more, they normally go for 150 to 400$ ( size ends up somewhere between 8x10 to 11 x 14” ) so pay what your budget allows (or subscribe at the founder level). I can email a digital file, and mail the original ( add postage because I have no control over that one).

More in depth work (painting / colors ) we can figure out.

If there are multiple illustrations (like a novel)I am open to invest my time in the project with you, if it is a fit for me. Or, you can pay for each sketches, whatever works. I can do quick renderings (usually less than 100$ each - usually free if you are a paid subscriber) before we step into final pieces.

LAST, I have no idea what I am doing. Most of my art is bought via word of mouth, but my external website is in the works if you want prints or to just wander around ( no link yet, it sucks still).
